Digital Products & Access
All programs, courses, kits, trainings, and resources are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped. Access details are sent by email immediately after purchase.

Non-Refundable Purchases
Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales are final. Once access is granted, no cancellations, refunds, price adjustments, or partial refunds will be issued.

Personal Use License
You are granted one single-user license for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, resell, upload, or reproduce content without written permission.

Not Legal, Medical, or Mental-Health Advice

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback for a product delivered in full constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to provide chargeback documentation including proof of login access, timestamps, purchase history, and policy acceptance.

Behavior & Community Conduct (if accessing groups)
We reserve the right to remove any participant for harassment, hostility, hate, or disruption, without refund.

All content is owned by Tania Khazaal. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction may result in legal and financial action.
